Quality of evening menu in restaurant not good at all. Used it 3 times during a 7 night stay and didn't finish one meal. Internet connection in room was appalling constantly dropped out and difficult to reconnect. Was a major issue for work and didn't manage to watch one Netflix program all the way through.

Chaotic billing process. Very confusing and full of mistakes with additional charges for almost all in my group. I got over charges for the rooms. location far from city center and everything else. Air condition did not work, got moved to different room but a upstairs pool party blasted loud music all evening.

it was clean and efficient, a Holliday inn, what you expect, no charm, no quirks, a room to sleep a shower to use . Staff polite

A typical holiday inn, charmless, anonymous, plain. the location is really bad, you have the view of a main road, that is it, far from centre, far from the airport, and for what I could tell from the river, only a tiny and run down shopping centre nearby

Great service at the restaurant. Food was decent but not great.

Incompetent and rude staff. I made a couple of simple requests and they were not met. For example, I requested an extra pillow. Called the front desk a couple times to remind them after it did not come. Every time I was told that it was coming but it never came.
