Clean and conveniently located on the Camino route. I arrived quite late with bus. It is easy walking distance to reach. I received email with information about door code and my room number. I did not meet staff but all went fine.
For my needs, all the perfect. I can’t say anything I did not like.

The room was clean and perfectly adequate. The hotel public areas were fine.
The reception process was awkward- when we arrived the front door was locked and there was no-one in reception. We were not the only ones wondering what to do when the bell was not answered for a while. Though there was a cafeteria, there was no food available - even for breakfast. The reason given was staff holidays!
