Nice and quiet with easy access to the beach and short walking distance to the main part of the island.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance of the main areas of phi phi but out of the business and hustle and bustle.
Beach is right out the front of the hotel and quieter than the other main beaches.
The hotel offer complimentary luggage delivery to and from the pier which was a nice addition since there are no taxis on the island.
Although there are 2 large pools, one of them was murky and dyed my swimsuit a funny colour which ruined it.
Our AC broke on our last night, however when flagged to reception this was rectified quickly and efficiently.
Rooms and surrounding areas could just do with a bit of an update. Hotel in general looked a bit old and tired.

Phi Phi Island is amazing. Hotel had a great pool with a good view over the ocean.
Was a good walk out of the main part of Phi Phi, the rooms are a bit outdated and could do with some upgrades

The position, quiet and very central, yet not too far away from more secluded beaches like Long Beach and Viking Beach.
Also, the pool was nicely designed.
OK for a 1 night stay.
The furniture, such as doors and desks, is very cheap and flimsy. Almost as if it is waiting for someone to accidentally break it.
No warm water in the shower, which had serious difficulties in terms of pressure.
Overall, also the moldy smell of the room didn't contribute to a pleasant experience.
U sure if this is a shared issue among facilities in PhiPhi, or specific to this establishment.
