Loved our 3 night stay in our villa! Super big and spacious and felt so luxurious! Checking in was easy and there was even a villa tour. Breakfast was delivered promptly each morning and quite generous in amount (bread basket, juices, tea/coffee, mains). The villa was sufficiently clean and the pool was clean too! The photos they posted are an accurate representation of what the villa has. We also appreciated the mosquito repellents and coils that are placed in the villa and toilet each night, because there are alot of mosquitoes, which is expected given its not an enclosed toilet. Staff were polite and responded fast to our requests :) Location wise, its near a long stretch of cafes, massage shops, salons and convenience shops.
There were some small stains on the bedsheet and dresser table was abit dirty so we had to wipe the common surfaces before use. But not a big deal.

This place was an oasis with our own private pool to come back to after being out and about all day - very private and well positioned , the spa directly over the road was great - its older but very balinese which was perfect for us , staff very friendly . The room was well appointed - if I had one suggestion would be a much larger t.v. positioned on the wall in the gap in front of the bed where the seat is , as the current cabinet was cumbersome and couldn't see the tv from the bed very well. Plenty of great places to eat around the corner and had a good spot out front for grab collection with little traffic on it.
My wife was not a fan of the outdoor bathroom and toilet being the only option - even though it was very private , it still felt weird showing and toilet being in an outside room. But its just someone you embrace after a while - and enjoy the fact it didn't rain while we were having a shower .

Such a lovely villa. Spacious and quiet. Really loved this place. Nice location on a quiet road. When you walk for 5 min you will be in a bustling and very busy road with lots of restaurants and bars. Also the botanicals restaurant (vega) next door is very nice too!
Breakfast is not so fantastic. Very basic, do not expect fancy style breakfast. The pool and some other things are outdated and are falling apart a bit.

Location was good. Staff was helpful and good. Villa had mostly all facilities.
The villa looked old, all the glass doors had gaps in them. It wasnt the way it looked to me in pictures.
