Parking is a bit difficult- one must use public parking - which is alao quite scarce (The scrambled eggs at breakfast was also realllllyyy bad)

Breakfast, room and staff were very good. I would visit again.

I asked in advance for a room on the lower levels of the hotel and received a reply saying we would be on the first floor. When we arrived but they didn’t seem to be aware of that and we had to climb to the top. Although we are able it was difficult for my husband who is eighty.

Central, facilities, breakfast was very good

We were given wrong room @ check in. We unloaded our case & went out for the day. Received a call to advise they had checked us into wrong room. We then had to go back to get new room key. Some items were left in fridge that we had to then ask to be moved. While staff were helpful & apologetic & provided compensation by way of access to spa (for which we couldn’t use as had not brought swim wear) bottle of Prosecco & access to mini bar - which was generous. The room we were moved to had not been cleaned properly. The table & tea/coffee facilities were covered in dust which had clearly need there for some time.. The reception staff were very good, which I can’t fault however the room should have been checked before someone used it.
