Beautiful gardens and lovely spacious and clean room. Close to main shops. Room contained all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. We got takeaway and had dinner in a couple of nights.. very relaxing, quiet and would stay again!

Beautifully presented guest house with parking available for the 4 rooms. We had the suite, which was a very good size and had all the home comforts you could wish for. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of extra touches; plentiful toiletries, coffee and tea supplies, milk, biscuits and chocolates. Unfortunately, as is so often the case of someone with coeliac disease, everything contained or may contain gluten so was off limits for me. My husband had a good feast though!
The suite has a lovely upmarket feel, with tasteful decorations and quality linens / furnishings.
It was an easy stroll into Margaret River town, where we spent a lovely evening at Swings and Roundabouts.
Don't miss The Old Settlement museum at the end of town by the bike hire place, especially if you're British - absolutely brilliantly told history of immigration into the area through lived experience.
Glenn arranged for us to go on a wine tour with Mo of The Journey, Margaret River, which was superb!
There wasn't a stovetop as listed, so we had to microwave our salmon which wasn't great!
The spa bath wasn't working, which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons for treating ourselves to the suite after a 10 day road trip.

Location and room comfort.
No longer offering breakfast - stayed once before and that is why we chose it again. Unfortunately, if it is staying as room onl;y, then we will no lonegr consider this as a place to stay.
