Awful!!!!

Old, bed was so uncomfortable I had to sleep on couch!

Old furniture Uncomfortable beds Dead cockroaches on the upstairs balcony Carpet old and pulling up in corners and looked like it hadn’t been swept Had to clean out spa before getting in Dryer did not work properly Unit very noisy as on major road and had to keep the doors shut and air conditioning on

I was disappointed with the accommodation and I wouldn’t stay there again

It was spacious

It was very noisy being right on the highway . It wasn’t very clean and the beds were all very uncomfortable. I think the mattresses all need replacing. My nephew had to sleep on the lounge because of the uncomfortable mattress on the single bed . The air conditioner in the one bedroom apartment only worked if you turned it down to 18 degrees. The bathroom was very small and dated , it didn’t even have a ceiling fan .

Great location, excellent room sizes with plenty of room. Huge balcony. The BBQ area was really functional and the pool was perfect. The carpark was easy to access and use

While the room was great the furnishings were a slight let down, the 2 seater couch was uncomfortable and the 2 chairs felt unsteady. A small blemish on an otherwise perfect stay

This apartment is desperately in need of a refurbishment and a deep clean. We were placed right on the end so the traffic noise was terrible.

Great price, location and amenities

Great price, amazing pool and spa. The room had everything you could want and would be a great spot for an even longer holiday. The location was wonderful with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a nice calm foreshore across the road and right on a major thoroughfare so easy access to Surfers Paradise, theme parks in either direction or out to the Hinterlands. The water pressure in the showers was amazing.

The dishwasher was broken so could only use one of the shelves. The parts to replace/repair the faulty mechanism are readily available and if every apartment has the same dishwasher, it's hard to imagine we were in the only room with a broken one. The beds were just okay... Passable without being comfortable.

Great Value for money

Excellent Location, clean, large TV, chilled aircon. Best part of our stay was the swimming pool!! Amazing pool, awesome spa and closing time 10pm winning.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but I couldn’t fault anything else 💯

Location and parking

The property is outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. The noise of doors shutting and kids running up stairs after 10pm needs to be addressed. The cutlery was old and made up of different sets over the year. The shower was "slimy" and mouldy....

Receptionist had attitude and is rude. Stayed for 15 nights and got charged 16 nights. Fridge had mould on the door.
