The location is extremely convenient and close to everything, including the beach, shops, trams and bus stops. It’s also very affordable, which I really appreciated. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, especially for the price. Overall, it’s great value for money.

The kitchen is quite small for the number of guests staying at the property, so it can get crowded. My other concerns were mainly about some guests rather than the property or staff. There can be quite a lot of noise late at night, particularly in the common areas and rooms, which can make it difficult to sleep. I think having stricter and more clearly enforced quiet hours, perhaps from around 9:30 or 10pm, would really improve the experience. I also noticed guests sometimes bringing friends into shared rooms and eating inside the rooms despite the rules. This can affect the privacy, security and comfort of other guests sharing the space. I think stricter enforcement of the existing rules would help a lot. Having a reasonable lights-out time in shared rooms could also make things more comfortable for guests who need to sleep early. None of this takes away from the efforts of the staff —they did their best. I just think stronger enforcement of the rules would make an already affordable and conveniently located property much more enjoyable.

Good location, easy access to everything. Reasonable price for the facility and location.

The room was small, no air conditioning, was cold at night. The window was back of the building where everyone walk past and lit up sensible light which is why you need to close the curtain all the time.

Price was fair. Staff were helpful.

Parking was a problem. Other guests being inconsiderate.
