The ensuite room was really lovely in particular the size of the bathroom that included a large spa bath tub.
Also loved that there was a huge guest living area. The continental breakfast was nice. Our host Dirk was amazing, each morning giving excellent suggestions of things to do depending on the direction we were heading.

The bed was reasonably comfortable and the host was willing to bring extra pillows, and their contact prior the visit was very good.
I thought for the price paid per night it was definitely not worth the money. I was not happy with the constant taking off and putting on of shoes when you entered and left the property. I was not happy with the messy and slightly dirty net curtains in the bedroom. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the toilet and the tiles around the toilet which were grubby. The hosts friendliness seemed only to extend to foreign visitors and we never met his wife (who may have been sick, but we don't know). Once I said where we were from he seemed to lose interest. To describe the accommodation as luxury in the sales pitch was incorrect in my opinion. Breakfast was adequate, but lack of coffee and sugar in our room was very disappointing and the Equal sweetner was so old, I'm sure it shouldn't be being used. Parking was good and distance to town and amenities was also good. The Free internet dropped out so much that it was a waste of time trying to use it, I got good reception in Margaret River town with no problem. A very disappointing trip. Sorry.
