Great unit, in a quiet location not too far from the city.
Lounge/kitchen separated by 2 doors to bedroom/ensuite with no chocks for doors to keep airy and open. Very small spring bed (double) unsuitable for larger persons. I am over 100kg and every time I moved in bed my wife felt every movement.

Lovely apartment on a quiet street, we had one issue when we arrived but it was dealt with immediately. Owner and Yorkcation very pleasant and responsive.
Very clean with comfortable beds, nice towels and everything you need for cooking etc. Easy check in with clear instructions
Only problem was the house next door is under renovation so between 8am and some nights 6.45pm there is a lot of banging, drilling, loud music and shouting which can be heard throughout the apartment, not owners fault but worth taking into consideration if you want a quiet stay.

We rented two apartments for a large family group of 8, and it was perfect.
The apartments are modern, extremely clean and had everything we needed.
The designs are great and rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen/lounge areas were both spacious and perfect for cooking and chilling out.
All amenities are well stocked, kitchen had full cooking equipment and the hairdryer & iron were useful. Extra bedding & towels available, and great wardrobe storage space.
Nothing. Will be recommending, and would use again if returning to York.

We were very happy with the apartment. The location was amazing.
I would definitely recommend to others and hope to go back at some point.
