Quarto apertado e mal iluminado cuja janela se abria para escadas internas do hotel implicando que os sons da sala de convivência do hotel fossem ouvidos no quarto.
Hotel enviou muitas mensagens informando sobre o pagamento adicional de contribuição de 10% de taxa de serviço para incentivo aos seus olaboradores no checkout.
