Allie is absolutely lovely. The motel is conveniently located and great to be able to have our dogs.
Rooms need a little bit of TLC decor wise but definitely stable. The rooms were otherwise very clean.

The room was lovely and warm - as the host had turned on our heater. Room had good services.
No complaints. Although one of the tiles on the bathroom floor was loose and moved.

Owner real helpful. Had a faulty heater in room but was sorted quick. Very good with our little elderly dog.
students party across street to well after midnight... Its Dunedin student area... It is what it is..

Location and staff were great
The heaters for heating and when turned on it tripped the power so had to have them on low which wasn’t much heat and the bathroom needs a heater and a fan

"Lovely cleam accommodation. Location was perfect to alot of eateries and the Baaa which is a good local bat. Motel staff extremely friendly and very accommodating, nothing was a problem. Thanks guys..."
