I got a great deal.. canāt ask for more . Room size is good , AC is strong , hot water always , the room was clean. Breakfast was nice and basic , good coffee consider .. location is excellent for easy excess to Patong attractions and yet also quiet alley stuff are nice and welcoming with a good service (they changed my room after low Wi-Fi signal to a room with strong one ) . Best value for what I paid
Little bit old and basic , gym isnāt a gym donāt book it if gym is a deal breaker. Donāt have really something bad to say .

Rooftop pool was good, when it wasnāt green and it was able to be used.
Location was good - close to craziness of Bangla Road, but further enough away that youāre not kept awake at night.
Pool was green on the last day so unable to use.
Nothing to deter pigeons, so pigeon poo all over the balcony- gross!
