The lodge and its views were absolutely beautiful! I visited in April, so the autumn landscape was especially stunning with Alamos all around. We booked a spacious lodge for a family of six. It was on the pricier side for Coyhaique compared to an Airbnb, but it was completely worth it. The mountain views from both the lodge and the hot tub were breathtaking. The beds were large and soft, with comfortable pillows, and each room had a lovely en suite bathroom. There was plenty of space for a big group, and the whole lodge felt cozy, welcoming, and —most importantly— warm. Breakfast was included and served at Borek. It exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of tasty options. I especially appreciated that the staff was well-informed about the group's allergies. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel welcome — service was exceptional throughout our stay.

If I had to suggest improvements, it would have been helpful to display the prices of the refreshments on the fridge at the lodge. At first, I assumed the initial ones were complimentary, but later realized they were being replaced. That was my mistake, of course, since it’s common for them to have a cost, but I’m used to seeing a price list. The oven unfortunately didn’t work, which we didn’t know beforehand. Luckily, we hadn’t planned to cook, but we did want to warm up some food. The staff kindly helped by heating it for us in the restaurant kitchen, which we really appreciated. My family was also a bit disappointed with the coffee served at breakfast. These are minor issues, though—overall, I was very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

Everything was right and they have a wonderful restaurant for dinner.

Situated in the nature a bit outside the town. Good dinner restaurant. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff.

No opportunity to open windows during night, because many mosquitos can come in. Rooms and furniture are not well maintained. We felt it was overall extremelly overpriced for what it offered.
