Great location minutes from the beach with a nice outlook to the bushy creek.
-Kitchen floor was dirty
-Bedroom blind wouldn’t close
-One bed lamp wasn’t attached to power so unusable
-toilet door jams when closed making it difficult to open
- several small cockroaches were seen in the kitchen

Property was comfortable & clean inside.
Property backs onto a very trafficable road. We could not have the windows open because of the road noise. Furthermore be aware there are permanents living in the complex. The noise from the two units above drove us mad with the dragging of furniture & children stomping around. If you want a quiet break do not stay there.
External windows were that filthy you could not see through them; front entrance porch was filthy with coffee stains - not a good look when you are arriving. Coffee table in loungeroom needs replacement as does front doormat.
