The valet parking attendant was great, and the Front Desk people in the Consigli were all fantastic, warm and welcoming.

The stay was great. It is refreshing to see a nice district of San Jose. It felt safe. The staff was extremly friendly, we liked that a lot. Underground easy and safe parking is included. Would easily stay here again

- Great location in Escazu, plenty restaurants and shop in the area, good access by taxi.
- New property, well equipped and nicely decorated.
- Very good gym facilities.
- Great breakfast buffet, with excellent service.
- Nice and friendly staff
- Bad room cleaning schedule. I Stayed twice this month (total 7 nights), 2 days room cleaning was not done by 5pm. I suggest to have a sign for guests to ask for room cleaning (there is only a do not disturb sign).
- Hallways always full of dirty dishes from other people's room service.
- Very cold temperature and loud music in the common area (lobby, breakfast, bar).
