The Hotel staff are exceptional. From Reservations (Ines de Villatoro), front desk (Marvin and others) to the housekeeping
and management teams.
Also it is a plus: the taxi to and from Multiplaza, runs on the hotel.
Free: good Newspapers and a New Testament on the room.
On Last Day, at Breakfast, we were given a complimentary desert by the house (due to the Manager); the plate had 'Have a Safe Trip' written on it. The servers also asked to take a group Photo with us.
To top it all off, the hotel hosts a good Christian Church Service on Sunday Mornings, which we attended.
We think N/A....

We have nothing here to add...

Not a dislike from us..

Staff and food was excellent
The swimming pool was not available. It would have been nice to know this.

Breakfast was good.
I always booked my stay at this hotel because every time I have enjoyed my stay. This time was different. The room was missing some items, such coffee and some glasses in the bathroom. The faucet sprayed all over the place.
