This was my second stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was very good with a wide variety of food on offer. Breakfast was equally good. Food was of a very high standard.
Airport shuttle rates were quite high considering local taxi fares, but I guess this is what you can expect to pay if the hotel makes the transport arrangements. I think the fares need to be revised down if I'm honest as they were quite expensive.

I booked a stay for my parents' birthday celebration, and the entire team was incredibly helpful in creating a memorable experience. Sonali, the guest relations executive, was outstanding. She was extremely considerate and executed every request perfectly. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and I am very grateful to the team for making it so special. Will definitely consider staying here again

Nothing stood out as especially pleasing.
Pillows very comfortable
There was a very loud drilling going on just above our room making it impossible to sleep/relax. Only after we complained the second time did the hotel move our room. This was unacceptable.
There was an unpleasant smell right outside the hotel of drains. Unacceptable.
Breakfast was OK but quite limited in choice.
Very limited seating in lobby.
Rooms generally are tired and in need of updating.
Not up to the standard of Crowne Plazas elsewhere.
Tea was very weak.
