What a pleasant surprise! We booked two nights one day before visiting Sibiel and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was facing the forest and we had the sound of the gently flowing river at night - although we also had barking dogs and so we closed the windows and slept through it all.
The breakfast was varied and good. The staffs were attentive and very polite. The parking was secured. The restaurant - we had two dinners there - was excellent; we tried both their local Romanian specialties one day and then some South Asian cuisine another, and all was good. The Papanași were also excellent.
The dogs and cat on the property were lovely, although insistent by time.
The setting and location are great and makes it a nice balance between isolation and connectivity.
The only thing I would question is the design of the shower in our room which, despite us realigning the flow as much as we could, it ends up sending loads of water on/near the bathroom door and all over the flooring which I doubt was meant to be.

Wonderfull surrounding, very buitifull hotel.
The staff is amazing, thoughtful and nice.
The breakfest and the food in the restaurant was delicious.
Excellent hotel very very very recommended!!!!!!

Excellent Breakfast.
Not having the shower curtain in the bathroom, water spalashed all around the bathroom floor whilest showering.

Staff is great and really make you feel welcomed. Its quiet and a great place to relax with good surroundings and many options to explore the surroundings and do some nice hikes. Will definitely look to go again during the summer also. Breakfast options are very nice and the restaurant options also, fresh food using local sources of great quality.
can easily hear noise from the adjacent room, so depending on the neighbors it can be unpleasant.
