Everything - it was a nice oasis of calm, beautiful grounds, room was spacious for 3, and kept beautifully clean every day. Staff were all great - front desk were friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast was great, and 2 lovely pool's. In a great location for accessing everything in Rawai (not a beach to relax on - but easy to get to beautiful beaches nearby, and boats to go to Coral island) We loved it here (it was low season though - so quiet overall - no idea what it's like in high season)
Nothing - we had a wonderful stay here.

It was in a nice location in Rawai. A bit dated, but for the price it was acceptable.
Breakfast and breakfast facilities were not good. Nothing was labeled (a problem for those with allergies) and they frequently ran out of essentials (coffee, utensils, plates etc.) during service. They always seemed short staffed and weren’t able to keep up with demand for food, clearing tables and overall cleanliness.
The balcony door didn’t close fully and mosquitoes were an issue in the evening. No separate place for smokers, so they’d smoke around the pool.
