Its location to the station and town centre.
We were lucky as there was someone there so we could leave our bags. Otherwise we would have had to carry our bags around all day.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and great value for money. Walking distance to town and Castle. Small car park and parking across the road Despite the inconvenience accessing the hotel we would definitely return .
On arrival I could not gain entry . Unfortunately the code to gain entry had not been sent. On phoning the hotel number it took several calls before a code was sent . Apologies were offered

The rooms were good, very clean and spacious. En-suite facilities immaculate. The location was perfect. All my guests were very happy.

Good location, lovely receptionist, spacious room, relatively clean
No hot water, no soap, over priced, poor facilities, scratchy towels, couldn’t get ANY kind of TV in one of the rooms, no parking, kinda dirty (please check the door of #8, it’s grim!!), bathroom needs a review as lots of unfilled holes.
