Comfortable bed,hot showers...

Sink plug wouldn't seal in kitchen. Milk supplied was curdled. salt and pepper shakers were empty.

good location but ok accomodation

perfect location for a family, walking distance to the beach, multiple parks and short driving distance to activities and shopping centres.

we only had 2 pillows in our room and two towels when the room was booked for 3 people (two adults and a toddler). that was a little disappointing. I understand about no room service cleaning but you have to remove your own trash upon checkout we stayed for a week and just ended up purchasing garbage bags as there wasn’t any spare in our room for a weeks worth of rubbish. we also ended up purchasing our own toilet paper as there was no spare rolls as well. it did say your get charged for cleaning or extra linen so was just easier to go to Cole’s and purchase the items we needed ourselves. fly screens need to be replaced as they have holes in them which made it difficult to have the windows open when trying to avoid bugs and mozzies coming into the accomodation.

We really enjoyed our time here, comfortable apartment, the beach and the restaurants. Just great!,

The resort was close to my friend's house. I have stayed in the resort a number of times prior to the pandemic. The facilities are excellent, clean and comfortable.

There was some confusion on arrival I had to wait 20 minutes of so to arrange my booking. There was a deposit of $300 required as security but should be refunded provided no damage to the reem.

The location was what we had hoped for , room was clean.

The location was what we had hoped for , room was clean, but very noisy from other tenants and people around all night. Police knocking on doors at 6 am for the unit above. Very please we had no problems with our stay. And no WIFI for the price which is poor in today's world.

Considering the price paid to me expensive at over $200 a day but a lot cheaper than other places

bed was comfortable easy to see TV from bed parking but not under cover bench with 2 chairs to eat meals bathroom was roomy

fridge was small. expected full size fridge dishcloth- so mean - normal size cut into quarters or less. asked to empty rubbish daily but only 2 bags available milk out of date - made coffee curdle- lost one coffee when only 3 supplied for 7 day stay no spare toilet rolls office hours NOT open when reception door notice says it would be. no cover over pool so could swim during day hard to reverse into parking lot- i hit my leg a beauty on tap. no change of sheets ot towels -laundry was locked even when opening hours on door said otherwise.

No-frills 3-stars stay with an exceptional pool area way above its price range.

More a motel / weekly rental than a hotel or resort, you get what you pay for - and a little bit on top. It is clean when you get your room, from then on it`s your responsibility to keep it that way. Beds, blankets etc are a bit dated but clean. TV is ok. The pool and spa are better than in many 4 star hotels I stayed in, the managers are friendly, you have secure parking and a decent laundry. 20 or 30 years ago, this would have been an middle - upper class family stay for the holidays, but it still serves its purpose well. Great location for an extended business trip. Many food and food delivery options, the aquatic centre is just a short stroll away.

Shouting duels and the sound of domestic violence in some of the long-term leases on site. The paid WiFi becomes unrealiable after a few days of usage, and there seem to be jammers operating that prevent you from just using your phone as hotspot.

Location, Pool & Room.. Thank You Mary Liu 🌺 Location !! Had to walk back from V8 weekend.. Pretty with sea-breeze.. Cafe, Restaurants, Burger Joint on Scarborough Street CSI Southport Cub to Railway Hotel for Flutter..

Terrible customer service. I arrived a bit earlier so the room wasn’t ready, of course. Then I asked if I could leave my baggage somewhere in the meantime. The manager said no. The don’t keep anyone’s baggage. I said that’s a standard service that every hotel provides. Finally, she allowed me to leave my baggage in the reception under my responsibility. After that, I just wanted to go and have some food. When I got back for the check in, the manager asked me to pay a $300 bond/deposit to cover any damage. I refused, I mean that amount is much higher than the full booking price for 2 nights! That just didn’t make any sense. We had an argument and finally she accepted $50 as deposit. I was very angry and dissatisfied at that point and just wanted to leave the property. But I had to stay because any other option would have been more expensive.

Loved it was close to where we needed to be at a decent price. Will be fantastic once the playground across the road reopens after the upgrades. The pool and spa areas looked great, but as it was pouring rain the whole time we were there, we didn't take our 2yo out there.

When we arrived at 5pm in the pouring rain, we were advised that they had lost power at 4am that morning due to a car through a nearby power pole, and didn't know when it was going to come back on. Unfortunately we had just done a cold food shop, including microwave dinners, and nowhere to keep it cold or cook. A phone call or message to advise us before we arrived would have been appreciated. We also contacted Booking.com about some sort of reimbursement, as power didn't come back in until 9pm, but we never received any reply.

PROVED THE OLD SAYING ONE GETS WHAT THEY PAY FOR. No thought for guests needs

location was well chosen apart from the traffic lights sometimes making it difficult to get out onto the road.Also quote noisy with the neighbours in the high rise next door

be more available to guests. On a 4 day stay asked for clean towels on day 3 and was charged $5 but only for 2 bath towels not a floor mat or hand towel. Also was going to charge $1 for roll of toilet paper as the one on arrival was not full. so busy penny pinching they provide the tiniest dish cloth and then say they will charge if you do not clean up after yourself( photo attached plus a normal cloth in other accommodation places)
