Location, easy parking and good communication re check in.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The front curtains did not fully close, but I pushed a chair up against the window curtains for privacy and this worked well. Cold water tap required a a lot of effort to stop the water running; difficult with arthritis, but managed it.
