This was a well renovated traditional motel room layout with good facilities. We only stayed 1 night in travelling but found this an excellent budget friendly choice for an overnight stay. Linen was clean and soft, bed comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Aircon and TV worked well and there were good tea/coffee facilities as well as microwave. The location is just off the main road but was really quiet with car parking on site. We'd definitely stay there again travelling through Warrnambool and it was great value. Staff were available and friendly.
All was good overall, I guess the fact that the shower exhaust fan was loudish and automatically switched on with the light meant that we couldn't use the bathroom light at night without waking a partner could be annoying.
