Onsite managers, Zoe and Matthew were friendly and responsive to my questions/needs.
The superior apartment was well-equipped with crockery, decent coffee machine etc, and had amazing calm views of the broad water and Surfers Paradise towers.
Across the road are quiet coffee shops, a good fishmonger and meat supplier. The Runaway Bay shopping centre down the road.
For walkers, a 20-minute walk south along the beautiful broad water gets you to Biggera Waters and the Grand hotel where pub food and quaint coffee shops await. A nice small specialist type IGA.
Keep in mind, this is not a serviced apartment.You'll save heaps on room service.

The wifi wasn’t working, they didn’t leave enough garbage bags.

The views were great. The property managers were so lovely. We couldn’t ask for any better stay. The apartment had fantastic facilities and was incredibly clean. We will return.
It’s hard to find something I didn’t like but if I had to say something it would be that the car park was a little smelly.
