We requested three sets of keys and they did make an extra set so we could have three (really appreciated that). Loved the location in Old Town. The apartment was very secure with locked doors and exterior gate. Excellent two restaurants right next door and many things within walking distance, including the Astronomical Clock just 5 minutes away. Not far from Charles Bridge. Nice living room and kitchen area. Great that it had a washing machine with racks for clothes drying. Three separate twin beds available for three individuals.
The shower seemed a bit precarious. It was a high-walled tub that was very nice and everything was very clean but hard to get in and out of, no grab bars and the shower could only be used hand-held as otherwise water would go on the floor with no shower curtain to contain it. Needed to take an Uber to and from train and bus stations, not within walking distance.

The shower didn’t have a curtain so all the water slashed out and we needed to wipe the floors after every shower

Location is very good. You can get to the main sites on foot. Evening is quiet, but you will hear all the noises from the neighbours, not soundproof.
We booked the bigger 2-bedroom apartment, but we got the smaller 2-bedroom. So the price value is not worth it.
Shower tub without curtain or any screen; water floods immediately around the whole toilet floor when you start shower.
You have to pass another bedroom to get to the toilet.
The communication with host was strange, back and forth about our arrival time several times, still we ended up waiting outside the office. I asked about the lift in the building, he answered that personnel won't help carrying the luggage.
