The hotel was overall comfortable. The staff was friendly and the checkin and checkout process is easy enough. It was a nice private pool area if that is what you are looking for.
While the location from the main town is sort of close, from the main town and port is a good 20 minute walk (factor in sun, as its not a shaded walk). The last part of the walk is not properly paved so keep that in mind if you are walking with luggage. The hotel is not simple to find, the instructions ask you to ask someone in a nearby restaurant. There are a lot of stairs to get you your room once inside the hotel so keep that in mind with luggage. My room was also in a basement, with a small window, not great in lighting.
