Great accommodation close to the ferry which goes to north Bruny Island.

A delightful breakfast was provided. Perfect location with a lovely view overlooking the Kettering marina area. Excellent location for the ferry to Bruny Islands.

Excellent base for exploring the Huon Trail as we did.

The location, lovely view over the marina. Spacious room. Exceptional breakfast and great staff. Quality glassware and crockery cutlery for takeaway meals. Quality furnishings.

Really only that the TV is mounted quite high on wall and doesn’t give optimum viewing in the large room.

Spacious and modernwith views

Clean, modern large rooms. great view from the balcony. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Shared lounge/dining room very tastefully decorated. Jess is a friendly but not imposing host.

If I could give this place 12 stars out of 10, I would 😀

This was the best accommodation that we stayed at in Tasmania. Everything was just perfect, from the thoughtful, affordable mini bar and snacks to the beautiful guest lounge. Really lovely breakfast too!

Jess is a great hostess, She helped us with local knowledge. breakfasts were delicious. we could have stayed longer.

it was super clean, the room is big, the veranda has a great view. the room is quiet and you don’t hear your neighbours. the bed is very comfortable. the linen crisp. we enjoyed our stay very much. the property is central to many areas if exploring the south. highly recommend staying there.

Spacious New Room and Amazing Host !!

This hotel is absolutely stunning and everything is immaculate! The room is brand new; the bathroom is spacious and separated into three individual places; the beddings are clean and comfortable; the balcony has a fantastic view of the harbor; the breakfast is healthy and colorful. Especially, Jess is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend!

Superb spacious bed and breakfast accommodation.

The room was really spacious and well appointed with beautiful views of the bay. Comfortable bed and underfloor heating in the bathroom was delightful. Great breakfast included. Jess made sure our stay was perfect.

There was nothing about our stay that fell short of expectations.

A great escape.

Loved our stay at Kettering. Jess was really helpful, welcoming and friendly. Very comfortable room, delicious breakfasts and a great location, close to Hobart but far enough away to escape to peace and quiet. Very close to the Bruny Island Ferry.

WOW .. perfect

WOW Fantastic design, spacious, such a comfy bed. Love … love the heated tile floor in the bathroom, loo and shower.
