Disponibilità e cortesia dello staff, posizione frontemare molto comoda, servizi esterni come ad es. Piscina con jacuzzi, cocktail bar con servizio pranzo/cena, colazione a buffet buona e varia, noleggio bici gratuito.
Le caratteristiche della camera e relativi servizi accessori che non rispecchiano un 4 stelle( materasso scomodo, vasca idromassaggio da revisionare, aria condizionata usufruibile solo con la presenza in camera).
Eccessiva rumorosità, dovuta anche alla numerosa presenza di cani.

Sehr nettes Personal.
Wir hatten eine Panne mit unserem Auto gehabt, Hotel Personal haben die Garage für uns kontaktiert und einen Termin für Reparatur reserviert, und als das Auto repariert war sind sie mit meinem Mann zur Garage gefahren um das Auto zurück zu bringen.
Dank sehr, dass ihr so nett und hilfsbereit wart.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass es ringhörig ist , man hört alles, speziell wenn Hunde von anderen Hotelgäste bellen oder wenn WC Wasser in anderen Zimmern gespühlt wird.

Di questo Hotel porto a casa il ricordo della serenità e della bellezza mozzafiato della mia stanza direttamente sul mare.
Sono stata in molti Hotel nella mia vita ma la posizione di questo, batte tutti.
Hotel a conduzione familiare, molto molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Ci siamo accorti che ci siamo dimenticati il carica batteria del telefono e la moglie, davvero una ragazza solare e con un sorriso meraviglioso, provvederà ad inviarcelo senza problemi. Luca, disponibile e molto affidabile. Sino giovani che vanno premiati per l'impegno e l'amore che hanno per questo lavoro.
Per friendly, con una recinzione privata per stare col tuo cane in tutta libertà ( devi ovviamente prenotarla prima).
Torre Pedrera deliziosa. Non manca nulla!!
Pulizia ottima. Stanza davvero spaziosa.
Bravi e grazie davvero per averci dato una settimana senza preoccupazioni.

The front desk receptionist was quite rude. she didn’t seem interested in making our stay comfortable and gave us back handed remarks because we booked our stay under the impression we’d have certain amneties that weren’t offered
