Great air conditioning. It was a sweltering few days so to come back to a nice cool room was great. The fridge was very good too. Even though the planes came in close to land at Heathrow, noise was not an issue and we are generally very sensitive to noise.
Tea, coffee and kettle was in a small cramped area. The only place to plug in was under a dressing table. There were no sockets by the bed. And the pillow was a bit on the hard side

I messed up and booked a double instead of twin although the hotel was fully booked the staff were kind enough to make up an extra bed. Very friendly reception team and staff
The breakfast was not the best and it was not easy to licate the odds and ends like cutlery, butter, whether the milk was semi skimmed etc. The cooked breakfast also mediocre in taste.

The hotel seemed tired. There was carpet missing in my room and the door handle to the bathroom fell off!
