The location of this motel is excellent as it is within walking distance to the main shopping area and the main street.
Coles, KHub and KFC are just across the road. Short walk to Chinese restaurant and all the 5 pubs. Tumut is a lovely place to stay and explore

Location was great! Beds were clean and comfy.
The carpet was old and stained. The fan in our bedroom wouldn’t have blown the skin of custard.
