Greeted by staff even when we arrived late to welcome us. Also if we needed anything don’t hesitate to ask.
Mattress was extremely hard, but can’t get everything.

Simple self check-in using a code sent to your phone. My door was a it sticky, but the manager was easily contactable by phone and very helpful. Decent size TV, bar fridge, microwave, kettle etc... all pretty standard. The property is very dated, but clean.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable and I couldn't find a power point on the bed side of the room which was inconvenient. First-world problems though.
