Continental with toast etc, lovely breakfast room. All well presented. Large room, nice to have a couch to watch tv & read. Everything you could ever look for, even fly spray etc. Location great, easy to find and Frankz pizza pasta plus just up the road. Would make a good base for Grampians and silos.

Cheap
No water in urn at breakfast. Resurfacing of car park could happen. Electrics not great……one power plug didn’t work nor did one light over desk. The soap dispenser was a complete mystery until the penny dropped…..glad I had two hands. But, who cares, Geelong got done in the footy! Yeah

It was clean, the shower was hot.
Almost non existent staff that left as soon as we arrived after telling us the key was under the mat. No local information in our room, what's on, where to eat or local attractions. No tv to speak of or instructions on how it worked. At breakfast the office/dining room door said closed and reception was unattended. And.... absolutely NO view.
