共有スペースに無料のウォーターサーバーやコーヒーメーカー、お菓子などがあり、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。
水回りはやや建物の古さを感じました。
ランドリー設備がないため、向かいのコインランドリーまで洗濯に行く必要がありました。
