Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ein sehr nettes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal, gutem Frühstück, gutem Onsen und tollem Ausblick aus dem Hotelzimmer über die Bucht von Matsushima. Würde ich wieder buchen.

We opted for dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. We also loved the hot baths. Our room had a view out over the sea and the location was very convenient for the station and shops and boat tour of the islands. The staff were courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

スタッフの対応は申し分なしによかった。親切でした。
夕食も抜群によかった。ただ、年寄りにはちょっと多すぎた。品数は同じでひとつひとつが小ぶりだとありがたい。
残しちゃって申し訳ない。
朝食はさらに良かった。味よし、品数よし。何といっても郷土料理がたくさんあったのがよかった。
ドアがオートロックでなかった。
部屋から、トイレに行く際、一度土間に降りてトイレに入らないといけない。つまり、全体的にバリアフリーではない。
お風呂場への入り口のドアが重い。廊下にあるトイレの個室の鍵が重い。など、年寄りの力では開けたり〆たりするのが大変な力が必要なところがいくつもあった。
