Excellent location for exploring Budapest. It was perfect for escaping the city so peaceful. Exceptionally clean and spacious. Everything we could need and very comfortable beds.

We loved the fact that the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms gave us privacy. The balcony was fabulous, everything is newly renovated and we had everything we needed. The washing machine was an extra bonus. The location is perfect so central to everything bars, cafes, transport and convenience stores.
Going downstairs to the toilet in the middle of the night, ha ha

The superb central location. The room was nice and the apartment complex was quiet and relaxed. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.
The terms of payment were not clear enough and being asked to pay 60% by cash on arrival was unexpected and far from ideal. To be fair the staff quickly arranged an online payment for me as I was not happy to pay cash...
The other thing is I'd prefer white linen.. but that's a minor quibble.
Last thing is the duplex nature of these apartments may not be ideal for families with younger children due to the steep stairs and the shower room opening very close to the top of the stairs. Fine for sober adults though.

Janos is an excellent host. He made sure that we face no issues at the time of check-in by providing all the instructions in detail. And he was approachable any time. Allowed us to check out a bit late and also keep our luggage. Also allowed us to use the washrooms even after check out. Much appreciated.
Location is also nice. 7 mins walk to the main public transport stop. And also close to tourist attractions.
1. Cleanliness - We really had difficulty with this. I am a bit allergic to dust and I felt there was dust in the beds and all. And I started sneezing. Same opinion for my wife also. Blankets and all could be better.
2. No breakfast options available.
3. Even though the property is close to public transport, I really did not like the overall infra of the property where it is on the 4th floor of an apartment where all the other 3 is used by local residents. Personally I prefer dedicated places for tourists alone.
4. Elevator also bit small.
