Located in Whidbey Island, this attractive house for $550 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Relax and enjoy our no-bank waterfront private family home in Sandy Hook Yacht Club Estates. Our home is just steps to the beach on Cultus Bay with a breath-taking view of Puget Sound, ship canal and the Olympic mountains, dog friendly, yard is fenced in, fully equipped kitchen, large private outdoor deck, updated bathrooms, plentiful indoor and outdoor options for dining, a recreation room, 2 wood burning fireplaces, WIFI, a 55” Smart TV, with cable & Netflix . AIR CONDITIONING for the hot summer days and a GENERAC GENERATOR in case of power outages. The generator will automatically kick on 60 seconds after power goes out. Our house is truly the perfect location for your next vacation! There are three bedrooms on the main floor, and one loft room upstairs (spiral staircase and low ceilings). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, slider to the deck with beautiful views of the beach, Puget Sound, and mountains; and a updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a Graco Pack and Play for your little one. These two bedrooms have easy access to the main bathroom which has a shower/tub combination. ** (description below) A loft above the recreation room has a spiral staircase and low ceilings has four twin beds. There is a bathroom with a small walk-in shower located in the recreation room. **Please note: The loft is a great space for children, teens or able adults. It is not recommended for young children or guests who have concerns with a spiral stair case and low ceilings. Our kitchen is fully equipped! We have stainless-steel appliances: gas stove top, double oven, refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is stocked with a microwave, blender, pots, pans, measuring cups, condiments, spices, flour, sugar, and much more. Outside, we have a gas BBQ and coal BBQ for all your grilling desires! Our kitchen has everything you need to make and serve a gourmet meal. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, 55’’ Samsung smart TV with cable & Netflix, Blu-Ray Disc player, large windows that look out to the beach, and comfortable couches. The house has many options for dining. Just off the kitchen, we have a large table that seats ten people comfortably. There is also a smaller table near the slider door to the waterfront deck that seats six.. In addition we have a high chair and a youth chair. Outside, we have a dining table. We have two zero gravity recliner chairs for sun-bathing relaxing or napping, as well as an outdoor love seat with two chairs with a gas fire-pit coffee table. There are lots of comfortable places to eat, socialize, or just sit back and enjoy the gorgeous view. Our spacious recreation room has a pool table, a cupboard full of games, puzzles, DVD movies, coloring books and crayons. We also provide a basketball, tennis rackets with balls, Frisbee, Slot machine (no cash out), old jute box that sometimes plays, washer, dryer, Vacuum, a fold up bed in bedroom closet and extra supplies and linens, if needed. The garage store's life jackets, extra propane tanks, extra refrigerator, S'more skewers, beach supplies and high chair. On the North side of the house we have 2 kayaks for your use. One 2 person and the other 1 person kayak. BBQ hut beach side with a gas BBQ and a coal BBQ. There are two family friendly community parks and beach within walking distance. The first is next door to our house. It has a nice children’s play structure with swings over looking the beach. A large grass area, beach access as well as breathtaking views of the beach and mountains. A short walk through the neighborhood will lead you to another park with a basketball court, two tennis courts, pickle ball court and a play area for children. The nearby towns of Langley and Bayview are a 15 to 20 minute drive from our house. Both have delicious restaurants, unique shops, farmers markets, wine or distillery tasting, Kayak tours (Langley) and spectacular views. Our cozy home is a perfect place to enjoy every season! ***The house maximum capacity is 8 guests. It is not for the purpose of birthday, anniversary, bachelor, bachelorette, weddings or rehearsal dinners… no parties or gatherings whatsoever where outside guests are invited. Groups for 8 or under. Families, Friend groups, Team Building, work groups, book clubs, etc. are welcome! Cleaning Fee: $225. $175. pet fee (maximum 2 dogs) Balance due 30 days prior to check in. If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to check in, payment is due in full. CHECK IN: 4pm CHECK OUT: 11am

Our stay at Mac’s Landing was terrific!!!! We opened the front door and said WOW!!! Can’t say enough to describe how much we enjoyed this home. Fabulous view, quiet, open airy Living room, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and clean, clean, clean. Enjoyed relaxing on the large deck, eagle flying over, seals popping up their heads, ships passing by and our “doodle” doggies safely running in the fully fenced yard. Thank you Mimi!!!!

We were a group of 4 couples and the kitchen/dining space was really spacious, with one larger and one smaller table and the kitchen had everything you could need, with labels to help find things. Very organized.
The rest of the house was beautiful and a nice living room, rec room and bedrooms. The outside had several different areas to sit and all within a few feet of the shoreline. One of the best beach rentals we've ever had.

Third time we have stayed at Mac's Landing and we just wouldn't change a thing. Checked online to schedule a time next summer and it's already filled up. Should have known, but we did get a reservation for 2025. We really love our time spent there.

We stayed here with our two young children (4 and 7) and it was a perfect place for them. The property was an aquatic playground, equipped with shovels, boots, kid kayak, toys for inside the house and games. We could have brought nothing for the kids to do and they would’ve been happily entertained for days. There is also a small playground steps away where the kids used the swings and had a sandy area.
The proximity to the water can’t be stressed enough. The water was gentle and we took the kayaks out daily, along with rocky beach walks, etc.

This home has everything you need for a getaway. I have stayed in multiple VRBO locations that have been great, but this home elevated every detail. Everything we needed was easily found and there were many amenities that are not found in other VRBO locations (phone, cable, Netflix, Alexa, double ovens, all necessary toiletries, firewood, lovely extra blankets, etc.). The deck has plenty of seating and it is H-U-G-E. Loved having two indoor fireplaces (both wood-burning) and two outdoor firepits (one propane, one wood). This home just had everything we needed or wanted.

We so enjoyed our brief stay at Mac's Landing! The private beachfront location was what first attracted us, and the house did not disappoint! We found it to be very comfortable for our family of 7, and so well-stocked.
Mimi was very responsive to my questions early on, and communicated the check-in/check-out process very thoroughly ahead of time.

This was our 2nd time at Mac's Landing and we were not disappointed. Extremely well stocked, comfortable and clean led to a nice week away from home. Easy 15 minute drive from the ferry and the house has everything you will need for your stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back! Mimi was great with her communication.

Better than advertised and expected. Clean, spacious and perfect for outdoor relaxing in the sun. Would have enjoyed the fire pit but complied with local burn ban. Kitchen area and everything in it was A+. Beds in master and queen bedroom were amazingly comfortable. We are already discussing another visit with the family but trying to find a week with the same weather as we had.

This is our second stay at Mac's Landing. Family stayed with us. What can we say - we all loved it!
Our brought our doodle again and he didn't want to leave. Nothing was lacking, every utensil we needed was available and everyone slept well after dinner, our nightly fire and a toddy. Walking the dog at night felt safe, neighbors friendly. Although we explored the island, there is no need to leave the house. Just sit on the deck and watch the sea otters pop up here and there. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will return.

Wanted to have fun on the water and watching sunsets ... only left home to buy some craft beer at Baileys Corner Store. Owners provided more than what was needed in kitchen and activities with food we brought with us ... so happy we stayed there.

Mac's Landing is perfect!
Our whole family loves Mac's Landing... adults, teens and dogs! Mimi does an excellent job of providing for every possible need and desire. We were there almost three weeks and never ran out of things to do at the house and on the island. You won't find a more beautiful or perfect vacation spot!

Awesome stay! Thank you for the welcome treats! Bathroom amenities were also very thoughtful. We had a lot fun communing with nature. Bald eagles, herons, deer, seals all from the deck! Kayaks were very fun too.
