Enjoy relaxing with your loved ones on our large, breezy balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and pool with views of the sea. Our condo is just steps away from the beach, dining and all amenities. Located on the south coast in Hastings, Christ Church, you are in the best location for experiencing Barbados. The Barbados Boardwalk is right across the street that ends at the popular Rockley (Accra) beach. Our condo is 1450 square feet with two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. French doors from each bedroom and living room open onto the large balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an indoor grill, and a blender to whip up some cool drinks. The unit also includes an in-suite washer and dryer, cable TV with sports and movies, hi speed 600Mbps internet suitable for business and streaming on multiple devices and local phone. The beautiful gardens and pool are a great place to relax and unwind. The condo is gated and has plenty of parking out front and you can enjoy your own parking spot inside the gated area. Right next door is Lanterns at Hastings which has everything you need, restaurants, convenience store, shops, food court and an RBC bank. Within walking distance, you will find a variety of dining from Subway, KFC to sports bars, to five-star restaurants. All major banks, plenty of shopping and full grocery stores are a short walk away. The popular Rockley golf course is a short distance away and there are other beautiful courses on the island to try. If you enjoy diving, there are many operators to choose from. Carlisle bay is close by and offers a beautiful beach as well as many great dive sites and snorkeling. The local bus system is very reliable and can take you just about anywhere on the island. If you wish to rent a car, there are many from which to choose. Gorgeous and fully equipped apartment with everything needed for a beach holiday. Hosts were very kind and respond quickly to our messages. Perfect for families with little ones, our toddler loved watching people in the pool from the balcony. We hope to stay again!

We just returned from a nine night stay at this wonderful, two bedroom condo, conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a fantastic time! We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the extra large balcony overlooking the lush, tropical gardens, and pool with a swarm of hummingbirds every morning! Very well equipped kitchen was helpful as well as the beach chairs, fins, and pool noodles, as well as an abundance of beach towels. We did rent a car so we could visit all parts of the island, but ironically our favorite beach turned out to be Rockely within walking distance down the boardwalk. The air conditioning worked great in the two bedrooms.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Not only was everything clean and ready upon arrival, but the apartment was located in a very central and convenient area. We had a wonderful time exploring the south coast and the entire island. Would stay here again! 10/10!

The apartment is perfectly clean and everything works well, the bathrooms, the air conditioning and other equipment and the kitchen is very well equipped. Beach items and diving equipment in good condition. The owners Rod & Wanda and Jamella were very attentive and attentive whenever we were well. Very well located and close to everything: shops, beaches and supermarkets. The pool is very well maintained and beautiful gardens. One hundred percent recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Margate Gardens. Host was amazing and the listing was on point. Hoping to make this our permanent vacation rental. You can’t ask for a better location, beach right across the street and a small mall next door. Awesome food within walking distance. My family had a blast!!🏝️🏝️🏖️🏖️

Margate Gardens was as advertised and more. Clean, modern and in an appropriate location. Close to the beach, food court, groceries and souvenir shopping. We had an awesome time. Apt for staying in as well with the appartment being equipped with A smart TV, accessible pool and balcony with lots of seating for eating or lounging.

Margate Gardens is a beautiful resort-type property with lush gardens and a sparkling clear pool. Our unit was spacious, clean, well appointed with all necessary equipment for home and beach. The spacious porch overlooking the pool became our living room. Within walking distance to many great restaurants - Tapas, Salt, Chill Bar, Baby Doll, Tagore’s Kebabs & Curries to name a few. The boardwalk is just across the street and is a pleasant walkway to beaches and restaurants. Everywhere we walked we felt very safe. Barbadians are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The island community is environmentally conscious, requiring recycling and using biodegradable takeout containers. A convenience store is located next door in Lanterns Mall (international restaurants here, too) with many essentials. Note: take your bags as there is a small charge for plastic grocery bags. This was our first trip to Barbados and we’ve already scheduled a longer visit in 2024.

This condo was really spacious and clean. The gardens and pool are very well kept. The open kitchen, living area and large covered patio made it very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio every night and the humming birds in the day are fun. We met several long time neighbors who were really friendly and offered great happy hour suggestions and places to go. The location of this condo is right across the street from the beach with a great boardwalk to Many restaurants and beach access. This also included maid service. Overall this was a great spot to stay and we would visit again.

Amazing! Rod and Wanda are more receptive and accommodating than any hotel or vacation property that we have ever visited. The location is perfectly situated by all that you need; beaches, dining, groceries and anything else you could possibly think of. We travelled with our 4 year old and had an incredible holiday, our daughter keeps asking when are we returning to “our place” in Barbados? The unit is equipped with anything that you could need. The complex feels and is safe, I not once did we feel uneasy or concerned about our unit or the complex; and we are people who look for things to worry about. The grounds and pool area never feels busy and the occupants of the other properties are welcoming, we never felt like a “unwanted renter” by anyone we came into contact with and this was with a 4 year old. I cannot say enough about Wanda and Rod, they have the ability to anticipate your needs before you come to realize you’ll have them; truly outstanding hosts. The groundskeepers, the complex and the location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book again!

We loved our stay here. Condo was so big and we loved the huge balcony where we spent many evenings chatting and enjoying the sound of the frogs or watching monkeys in the morning!.
It was just my sister-in-law and I and we each had our own room which we appreciated.
The condo is about 7 minutes walk to ACCRA beach and the owners have thought of EVERYTHING - Coolers, beach chairs, towels, any tool for the kitchen you can think of. A few wonderful restaurants nearby including TAPAS and SALT CAFE.
Imart was right next door for incidentals - and while on a busy street, we did not hear the traffic at all.
Would love to rent it again and would highly recommend it!

So this property at Margate Gardens is absolutely gorgeous. It was perfect for my wife, mother in law and 2 kids (2.5yrs and 6 months) with a beautiful pool and tons of beaches nearby. My grandmother's house was right around the corner so I can tell you everything is nearby and walking distance. Hastings coast rd has tons of taxis, ZRs (mini bus) and transport busses all there to take you downtown or wherever you need to go. Rod and Wanda are fantastic caring owners and even contacted us halfway through our trip to make sure everything was to our liking. Jamella the property manager is super responsive and very knowledgeable about the property. Our flight back to Canada was cancelled and they both worked to make sure we were accommodated and comfrotable for the extra night. Highly recommend this property and thank you Rod, Wanda and Jamella.

Our stay at Rod & Wanda's place was great. We have stayed at Margate Gardens before as we love the location and ease of driving or walking to carry out errands or eating and liming out.
The beauty of this property is that they have renovated/modernised the living areas and bathrooms so the unit felt alot nicer than other units we have stayed in.
Rod kept in touch with us and went above and beyond to help reorganise some hiccups we had. He was extremely responsive and generous in helping us and ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

Extremely spacious and clean accommodation. Well layed out inside with huge balcony. Pool and grounds were immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were additional supplies for the beach eg. Beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel mask & fins, beach chairs. We will definitely rebook on our next trip to Barbados.

Location is perfect you are literally across from the beach and restaurants and the stores are near by if you should need anything. The apartment is exactly as presented in the photo and very spacious and the host are very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Oasis by the beach
We stayed at Rod and Wanda’s condo and felt right at home. The apartment was located in a great location and we used the recommended Transportation by William. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and Rod and Wanda were attentive to any questions or requests. We loved the pool at the apartment and frequented the restaurants across the street and walked to beach daily. We would stay at Rod and Wanda’s again and highly recommend their place to any visitors.

Everything was perfect!
We had three weeks of sun, sand and siestas!
The property was perfect for our family of three; two bedrooms, two bath, with a central living room/kitchen/dining. We spent a great deal of time on the large deck overlooking the pool - it was so relaxing.
The property owners and the Margate local management team, were very helpful and very friendly. This complex is immaculate and very well taken care of - the gardens are spectacular!
We loved the proximity to everything - the short walk to the beach (across the street), many food choices and the Lanterns Mall has everything you’ll need. We LOVED eating at Baby Doll - some of the best tacos and pizza’s we’ve ever had!

Rod and Wanda’s property could not have been more perfect for my husband and I. We had ample room with the 2 full bedrooms and fully updated bathrooms. The property is clean and very well maintained from the pool to the beautiful flower gardens. The location is across from a great beach, lots of restaurants and bars with live music. Take in Tapas for amazing food, and Blakey’s for their live music. The unit is very clean and has a cleaning lady that also comes in once per week. We will stay here again for sure! We didn’t have to contact Rod and Wanda for anything because it was all great!

This is our third time at the condo and it was amazing as usual. The condo is well situated so that we could walk to everywhere, with Covid this was really important. Everyone who stays at Margate Gardens and staff are extremely pleasant and respectful. Last, but not least, the hosts, Rod and Wanda, are incredibly nice, helpful and responsive. They respond immediately at all requests I sent over and were so pleasant. Thank you for the great conversations and checking in on us to ensure we got in ok and that our stay was going well, it was greatly appreciated. See you next year!!

All was as described and as per photos. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, the condo nicely refurbished and very comfortable for our stay - all that we needed was there. The new A/Cs made all the difference overnight. Looking forward to coming back and thanks again to the hosts!
