The pools were a hit with the kids. They were heated and the mineral pools are open until 10pm so it was a great time to wind down when the kids are in bed. The staff were so welcoming and very helpful with our requests. They were also so patient with us considering we had 6 kids. The extra playroom in the house was great for the kids.
We booked the 3 bedroom house it was very roomy especially with 6 kids in tow, however it was sooooo difficult to find when we got there. The tvs were also difficult to use if we chromecasted in one room we couldnt chromecast in another. We woke up after our first night with ants all through our food, there was no note stating that there are ants we travel alot and most places put up a sign if there is a bad ant problem and we would have put all our food im the fridge had we known about the ants.
Also after our second night we discovered a whole bunch of leftover food and takeaways in the oven (not from us)
The bbq was also filthy we had to clean thay before we used it and there wasnt any large bowls for our salads.
The plants were also dead i watered them and brought them back to life but would suggest fake plants.
The house was also freezing we had to put both heatpumps on the entire time and your main access to the house from your car, or the holiday park is only through the side gate and the back door.
We would not book the house again its not worth the price.

I liked the location. Good air con.
Large window in kitchen with no blind and light came through all night. I had to get them to get cardboard for me to cover. Windows also on front door and light from cars and outside light. Bed was rock hard. No shelves or drawers to put any food. Can’t change towels in the morning until cleaner has been. Pools were much smaller than I thought and ended up not using them because too many people in especially kids.
