Staff are very welcoming and location is perfect.

Squeaky floors in bedroom and stained fingerprints on the furniture. Not the best standard in cleaning.

Location & the bathroom

General cleanliness poor - lifts & windows. On 5th floor & one of the two lifts out of order for 3 days we were there. Tap over bathroom sink far too low - can’t get kettle under it, end up filling with a cup - hardly classy.
