It was very clean

It advertised the child stayed free then when messaged about a portacot there was an additional fee, so my baby could be at the venue for free just not have a safe sleeping arrangement without payment and the staff at the counter were condescending and not kind at all

The room setup was great

Our room (twin number 9) was above the noisy aircon or generator from the pub. It would stop and start all night, making sleep really difficult. I should have mentioned it to the staff the next day but unfortunately didn't. They said they would have moved us further away ( but also that no one else had ever mentioned it)

Room was so clean and comfortable. Close to town. And great room service. Pizzas highly recommended The staff member popped the heater on for me before I arrived. Very good service

Hello Bendigo

Good value for money super impressive for the price. Clean spacious and well thought out for travellers passing through the area. It has its own restaurant on the property which was very convenient. Generous parking available. Good tv and bathroom. Close to town but not in it so one can see how pretty the town is heading out to do the days activities.

Didn't seem like there was much to do at the hotel itself if the weather was bad and it was an extended stay with children. Was not clear if the hotel provided towels or not on online various websites. (They do provide towels). The light for pool area was on pretty late and the curtains didn't completely block it out. Hard to turn around a large car in certain sections of the carpark.

I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

This was an excellent place to stay. the owners were lovely and helpful. The room I stayed in was great. the spa was excellent with good jet pressure. The remote control and the TV was easy to use. there was meal room service too.

I had to go and buy milk because the office was shut and you have to get it from the office. as I had arrived late after hours that was not an option. a small problem really as the supermarket is close by.
