The entrance area is bright, clean, and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the place has a pleasant atmosphere.
I do think the cleanliness could be improved in some areas, especially in the bathroom. I noticed some marks on the glass, a few corners that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and unfortunately I also saw a cockroach and some small flies. It seemed that the general cleaning was being done, but a little more attention to detail would make a big difference.

Foyer nice, room large, comfortable bed, central location. Elevator. Good free undercover secure parking.
We stayed an extra night but the staff wouldn’t let us into the room until 3pm even when the room was ready and the door wide open! Had to wait 3 hrs in lobby. This was only because of ‘their rules’, very rude, petty and inconvenient really!
No MRT station to Taipei so inconvenient for the city.
