Carro chega até o quarto, quarto amplo, equipado com frigobar, microondas, louça, talheres.
Funcionários muito gentis.
Bom café da manhã. Tenho Pets e tem um parque pequeno Gramado é cercado.
A avenida onde está é barulhenta e carros passam com muita velocidade.
É difícil se deslocar pela calçada.

Nós sempre ficamos neste hotel com nossos pet. Fazemos uma viagem de 3 dias de SP a Uruguai e precisamos um lugar para ficar e este hotel sempre nos atende de forma exemplar.

Las habitaciones amplias y la limpieza.
La entrada al lugar no es clara, falta mayor señalizado.
La piscina es muy pequeña y falta mantenimiento.
Una de las habitaciones estaba con parches de enduido y faltaba pintura.
El desayuno tiene variedad pero lo reponen lento y en pocas cantidades.
Deberían poner más énfasis y no dejarlo como aclaración final que cobran por día el estacionamiento. Y aclarar que en la calle no es factible ya que es avenida y esta prohibido estacionar.
