The staff was extremly nice and proactive in making sure we had everything.
The room we stayed in was brand new.
They even stored our bikes in a safe underground garage.

The property has excellent location, close to beach and to seafront promenade. We enjoyed a nice terrace with beautiful sea view. Breakfasts were delicious, with good variety of food - somewhat different on each of the 9 days of our stay. Staff was very kind. We visited Neum in the New Year's holidays period when almost all restaurants, cafes, etc. were closed. We are especially grateful to Nicolina who drove us downtown to the few still operating restaurants and supermarkets.

Nice accomodation with seaview, great breakfast and friendly staff. Parking in garage - perfect for motorcycles.
Wifi not working in the room most of the time.
Not their fault, but something to consider:
Noise from the street - loud music from a hotel nearby until late at night.

Centrally located. Ok beds. Breakfast has a lot of variation. Close to the beach. Parking. Airconditioning.
Rooms at the back are dark and look on a wall. Rooms on the seaside very noisy (beach bars). The hotel needs someone to give it some love. It is more of a 2 star. Bathroom was not clean, room was dusty, you cannot shower standing straight as the cable is too short, no curtain so the bathroom floods, you cannot use the bath as there is no way to close it, ... The stairs from the parking are worn down and dangerous. No value for money. We slept in a 4* hotel at the same price in Sarajevo city centre...
