Breakfast was very nice. A lot to choose from and served to our table. Location was great. Quiet location in the old town just steps up from the main street. Parking was easy. The host was very friendly and looked after us. Gave us info on parking and the restrictions in the LTZ theres a fab restaurant just opposite this place. We ate a fantastic meal here right on the doorstep.
Steep steps may be too much for visitors not so fit.

Nulla. Solo l’accesso (zona ZTL) richiede di camminare un poco dalla macchina alla struttura.

Location in old town area was good; breakfast and breakfast attendant was outstanding. Quaint restaurant located right near main entrance. Host met us on street and guided us to unit.
Need to drop luggage near steps and climb to unit entrance. Or if unloading not permitted at certain times because it was a NZL zone, need to cart luggage from a parking garage. This is a room that is part of an apartment with 2 other rooms.

The staff and owner working at this location were very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It's well located to access Agrigento old town.
There is no world in which this could be described as a 4-star hotel. The condition of the room was in need of decoration. The shower caddy was broken, there was no plug in the sink and mould spots on the wall. The wallpaper and paint were peeling off in the bedroom. This could be remedied with some decoration but I would still not call this deluxe. It should also be known that it is not easy to access if you have mobility issues.
