Cheap price for great location. Just steps from DaLat Market and Night Market. Short walk to Xuan Huong Lake.
The staff were helpful and HONEST! Picked up my friend’s wallet containing USD and kept it intact even though my friends wasn’t even aware she had dropped the wallet.
Traffic noise throughout the day and night. It didn’t bother us but light sleepers might find it disturbing.
Receptionists helpful but struggling to communicate in English.

The room is small with no "actual" windows. You cannot see anything outside from your room.
