Adriana is very helpful and kind. The location is more than excellent. You have everything you need for a nice holiday. Parking is also very convenient.
A bit noisy, so sleep was not great. We were staying at the lower floor and the upper floor occupants were constantly dropping things on the floor throughout the night.

La posizione centralissima ad Avlemonas. La proprietaria molto simpatica e disponibile. Il complesso residenziale molto accogliente. Parcheggio molto comodo.

Emplacement sympa pour profiter de la crique.
Le mobilier est globalement vieillissant, ce qui donne une impression de fatigue au lieu.
Le lit destiné à l’enfant était peu confortable, avec un matelas raide.
La robinetterie fait beaucoup de bruit à l’usage, tout comme certaines portes qui grincent ou claquent.
L’ensemble est en dessous de ce à quoi on pouvait s’attendre, au vu de la description et des photos.
Et enfin, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver un cafard dans la salle de bain.
