Olympus Hotel Villa Drosos

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich! Alles sehr frisch, fast nur handgemachte Lebensmittel und alles sehr schmackhaft. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und äußerst nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

een klein familiaal hotel met veel charme. De eigenaars en hun personeel doen echt hun best om alles naar je zin te maken. Er is een uitgebreid ontbijt met verse eigen gebakken cakes en zelfgemaakte confituren en veel meer. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van Litochoron, net ver genoeg (4 min te voet) van de te drukke hoofdstraat. Het zwembad is top : groot en met een afzonderlijk plonsbadje voor de kleintjes. De kamers zijn proper en hebben elk een ruim terras met een tafel en stoeljes. Er zijn voldoende gratis parkeermogelijkheden in de straat aanwezig.

De badkamer is klein maar proper. Er is een toilet aanwezig en een douche met een douchegordijn. De badkamer mag wel eens gerenoveerd worden.

Everything we had read in the previous reviews truly turned out to be accurate. Above all, we would highlight the exceptional hospitality of the hosts, who were always willing to accommodate every request. From the moment we arrived, we had the feeling that everything was thoughtfully arranged with the guests and their comfort in mind. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned daily, and amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo are regularly replenished. The hosts and staff are very approachable, friendly, and genuinely kind. Our room had a lovely terrace overlooking the pool, where we especially enjoyed spending the evenings and taking in the pleasant air. Air conditioning is available, although we did not need to use it during our stay. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and we were particularly impressed by the Greek yogurt, warm spinach pie, and homemade cakes — each day we had the opportunity to try something new. Parking is available in the area below the pine forest, very close to the villa, as well as on the street in front of the villa itself. The welcome also left a particularly lovely impression. A fresh homemade juice and a plate of fresh fruit as a welcome gesture were a wonderful touch. We were also happy that, in addition to English, we were able to communicate in German. All in all, we had a truly wonderful experience and felt very comfortable and welcome. We sincerely recommend Villa Drosos, as well as the town of Litochoro itself, which is an excellent base for staying and exploring this part of Greece. We will definitely be coming back!

The staff was very friendly, talkative and tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible, there was a variety of fruits in the room. The pool was nice to have available to guests - unfortunately only with a lifeguard, and therefore for limited hours. Parking on the street, WiFi sufficient, walking distance to the center and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the equipment is outdated, the air conditioning is more noisy than effective and the bathroom is disgusting and dangerous in some ways. The hotel needs a complete revitalization. When you add to that the posters and warnings from the Covid-19 era that are still displayed... it seems like something is not moving in the right direction here.
