The lady in the reception as well the lady in the restaurant were very kind and supportive. The breakfast was good and the coffee tasted very well. The hotel is located close to intersport with ski rental and near the restaurants and the supermarket. We had a comfortable 50 sq.m apartament with all necessary utensils. Separate bathroom and toilette was convenient.
The ski boxes are located in a very narrow place where you have no place to sit and change the boots. There are only hangers for the boots, and rest of the equipment (shoe bags, helmets etc.) must just lay on the ground. The garage is small and when other car is next to yours, you may have difficulty in opening doors. The spa is ok, but unfortunately it is to small and does not have enough space for guests. Unless you make a reservation, you cannot enter if too many guests are there. Only one shower with warm water in ladies changing room, as well as only one hair-drier! We had our own but other guests could not use the other one because there was only one plug... The receptionist in the spa could be more welcoming and she might tell the first-timers how everything works - where to go, how to use the lockers etc. She seemed unhappy in this place. The hotel reception was open only until 7:30 pm. On second day we came back from skiing but the room was still not cleaned which was really frustrating.

That was our 3rd stay at Pecr well: excellent as always.
Our kids enjoyed the play room, and we all enjoyed the apartment.

It was an unforgettable stay at the PECR Well Hotel - a great option for rest, relaxation and recharging your batteries :) Amazing wellness center with mountain views, a good breakfast and a great location in the center, but close to the mountain trails.

Location is great, close to the lift - if you can, ask for a window not facing the main road - there's constant traffic. The apartments in Well and Deep (both Pecr) are claiming to be the same, but Well is far inferior (despite having the wellness facilities indoors). The ladies in the burger restaurant deserve a shout out - they were super nice!! The sounds of the brook with an open window make you fall asleep like a baby.
The staff is acting like its mid communism and they treat you like children.. maybe because the guests were mainly young Polish people there to party? We had the private spa, hotel dinner and a private massage, and from the get go, the experience with the main reception was not great (the reception was left empty for about 40 minutes when they claimed to be on a break, but there were two of them and none gave a damn really, they saw us, but pretended to be guests until their break was over so we don't bother them with our check in annoyance). The spa lady was very rude even over the phone (you're ordering a 200 eur service and she's acting like she's doing you a favour even picking up) and when you get there, she was super strict and treating us poorly (don't you dare go here, don't think about touching this, come here before getting a massage etc ... its all so very relaxing ?!..). The holy grail was, when we got bad champagne and the manager of the hotel was insisting everything was fine (despite returning two bottles that went bad) - she made it clear she doesn't care and told me other guests enjoyed it another night and that I will pay full price, even though we returned the bottles. The director of the hotel went out of his way the next day and gave me a 50 eur discount on the 100 eur bottle we returned full - nice gesture, but this is just service dating back 20 years in general .. we walked over to have dinner in the opposite hotel (grand hotel hradec) and the atmosphere there completely recharged us (and later i found out their terrace suites are even cheaper than our suite here). Next time, I will only be going there. Also they charge you money for everything - parking, early check in, late check out, even in the private welness, you're not even given water (it was an extra 4 eur per a small bottle). I used to love this hotel, but the level of service has completely ruined what could have otherwise been a great experience.
