We thought our other stays in Crete were spectacular - until we arrived here and it exceeded all expectations, beat out all other accommodations, and made us want to stay much longer! The villa was just perfect, the outdoor seating incredibly comfortable, but the highlight was definitely our private pool. Perfect for cooling down, for lounging around, for having a cold drink in, and for taking some absolutely spectacular photos. The view was addictive and we asked for late check-out, as we simply didn't want to leave. I'll definitely be back, as I absolutely loved it!!!

The staff were absolutely wonderful , so friendly, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after and their kindness made our holiday even more special. The villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with gorgeous views and unforgettable sunsets.
We had such a lovely time and are truly grateful to the whole team for their exceptional hospitality.
Very little to fault , we genuinely had a wonderful stay and were extremely well looked after.

Amazing location with dramatic views. Lots of privacy, tastefully designed and comfortable outside space to sunbathe by the pool or look at the stars at night. Modern, well equipped apartments.

The location is quiet and the views are beautiful. The breakfast was good, but nothing special. The stuffed mushrooms were never served, but we got pasta with tinned tuna salad instead - odd choice. It certainly wasn't worth 16 euros per person. The small jar of preserved cherries was a nice touch.
We arrived at the arranged time, however were told after waiting for half an hour that it would be another hour before we could check-in. For this reason we decide to explore the nearby town. Upon returning we were told (several times...) how "lucky we were" that the semi-detached villa next door wasn't occupied, so we'd have the pool to ourselves. Sadly, the pool (and surrounding area) was covered in red dust and the water was filthy, so much so that you could not swim in it. The next morning we woke up to find the staff cleaning the pool and pool area. They spent the entire morning doing this. If only a greater effort had been made before our arrival, so that we could use the facilities, for which we had paid. I understand that the sand storm (that had occurred 2 days prior) was obviously beyond their control, but very little effort was made to make our stay enjoyable.
As others have stated, we agree that the position of the pool in front of one villa, would make it awkward when both sides are occupied as it makes you feel like you're invading someone else's space. Also, could be noisy if you have a family or noisy people next door.
I'd also suggest putting some cushions on the "sofas" in the living area, as you cannot sit on them other wise. They seem to be beds, more than sofas. Also, not a well equipped kitchen - you'd struggle to cook here.
